The Well health platform stands for digitalisation and simplification of the Swiss healthcare system. As a mobile application, it offers access to digital, individually tailored and quality-tested healthcare offerings via a single platform. By connecting all relevant stakeholders such as doctors and pharmacies, patients receive rapid answers to their questions, can contact medical providers and independently take care of their well-being.
Combining our technology and consumer healthcare know-how with Health insurers CSS and Visana, telemedicine and digital health provider Medi24, we founded and jointly operate the digital Swiss healthcare platform. Well is a neutral platform open to all players in the healthcare system, in particular health insurers and service providers.

Quick, easy, secure

By using WELL’s digital symptom check, people can get a medically supported initial assessment of their condition. Or they can make an appointment with a telemedicine practitioner and order medication. Additional functionalities of the Well platform include e-prescriptions, COVID vaccination certificates, preventive care recommendations, a skin check, management of their personal documents and a list of their medications. The platform also meets the highest standards of data protection and security, as all health data is encrypted and stored in a secure area. App users decide for themselves who has access to what data.
