The supreme body of the Zur Rose Group AG is the General Meeting of Shareholders. An Annual General Meeting is held each year within six months of the end of the financial year.

As a result of the extraordinary Covid-19 pandemic situation, this year’s Annual General Meeting of Zur Rose Group AG cannot take place in the usual format. We regret this and will instead be addressing shareholders in a short video presentation. In this video Chairman of the Board of Directors Prof. Stefan Feuerstein and CEO Walter Oberhänsli will look back and report on the past financial year and discuss current strategic initiatives. They also discuss individual AGM agenda items.
