Corporate Governance
The Zur Rose Group applies the principles and rules of corporate governance set out in the “Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance”. The key elements of corporate governance are defined in the company’s Articles of Association and Organisational Regulations. Zur Rose Group also publishes a corporate governance statement each year in its Annual Report.
